Dr. Wael Aboneama was invited by the Engineering consultant Group to design this mega project (with a budget of three billion Egyptian pounds). Dr. Wael presented this concept that won the first prize against all competitors. The architecture concept and design development stages of this project are done by Wael Aboneama. After the failure of the structural engineer assigned by the Engineering group, the contract moved to the Sabour office by keeping the architecture concept done by Dr. Wael without any changes. The cost of the project is 3 billion pounds, and it will consist of 1000 housing units, a commercial office, a 4-star hotel, an administrative center, and a social club. The ground and first floors are for a kid's shopping mall. It includes a kid's play area with swimming pools. The following perspectives illustrate the design of the kid's area and the food court.
