Design Concept idea in philosophy and the analysis of culture and society expanded the importance of dynamic form design and has been the point of departure for the architecture design concept, as well as being visible in the interpretation of, history and culture. The concept design is characterized by new ways of thinking through structuralism, contrary to the original form. The idea of the building concept describes part of the new movements of architecture. It is focused on the pursuit of perceived ideal perfection and attempted harmony of form and function, and dismissal of "frivolous ornament." it argues that the attributes of perfection and minimalism themselves were subjective, and pointed out anachronism in the modern design thought and questioned the benefits of its philosophy. It follows the notion of a 'pure' form or 'perfect' architectonic detail, instead conspicuously drawing from all methods, materials, forms, and colors available to nature. The design philosophy is associated with the phrase "Less is more." It is this atmosphere of criticism, skepticism, and emphasis on difference over and against unity, that distinguishes the aesthetic values of Qatar's new architecture. This design concept first evolved out of the dynamics between needs (shelter, security, worship, etc.) and means (available building materials and attendant skills). As Qatar's culture is developing and the knowledge began to be formalized through oral traditions and practices, this building becomes a symbol, as it is designed to be the name given to the most highly formalized and respected versions of that symbol.
